Job Summary
Supervise daily store operations at Vans, coach and develop associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience. Lead by example to achieve sales goals, manage inventory and merchandising, onboard and train new team members, maintain visual standards, support loss prevention, and foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture. Responsibilities include coaching, steering productivity toward KPIs, organizing stockroom activities, ensuring timely product flow, and promoting community engagement within a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
