Job Summary
Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals. Coach and onboard associates, supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, stockroom processes, and inventory integrity. Maintain visual merchandising, ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives, and uphold policies and safety standards. Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster inclusive team culture, and support local community initiatives. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership in a fast-paced environment; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in coaching, communication, and using retail software; comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
