Job Summary
Supervisor at Vans responsible for supporting the store leadership team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Lead and coach associates, drive sales and profitability, supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, inventory handling, receiving shipments, and ensuring timely product replenishment. Maintain visual merchandising standards, uphold safety and policy compliance, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include training onboarding new team members, achieving KPIs and sales goals, inventory integrity and loss prevention, community engagement, and collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive store success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- strong coaching and communication skills
- ability to stand and move throughout the store and perform physical tasks
- proficiency with basic computer tools for retail operations
