Supervise daily store operations, coach and develop associates, and deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement. Drive achievement of sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs, model selling behaviors, and foster a consumer-centric mindset. Lead supervision of floor coverage, stockroom processes, and inventory flow; participate in training and onboarding of new team members; maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives. Support inventory integrity and loss prevention, promote community engagement, and uphold safety and store procedures.
