Job Summary
Supervisor at Vans oversees store operations and leads by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, ensure merchandising and store standards, manage daily tasks (opening/closing, floor coverage, inventory and shipments), support training, promote brand directives, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture while partnering with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain inventory integrity. 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience is preferred, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks
