Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Vans (DIX30 area) with flexible hours and potential extension to regular employment. Responsibilities include delivering personalized customer engagement, building sales through a customer-centric approach, sharing product and brand knowledge to enhance the customer experience, meeting individual and team sales goals, assisting with visual merchandising and product replenishment, performing cashier duties, supporting loss prevention, maintaining store presentation, and adhering to safety and company policies. Requires 0–1 year of relevant experience; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and basic computer skills are needed; ability to stand, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight with or without accommodations. Bilingual (French/English) ability may be beneficial; inclusive and customer-focused mindset emphasized.
