Job Summary
As a Floor Supervisor at Vans in Alhambra, you will assist in strategically maximizing store sales, monitor progress against targets, coach and supervise the store team to deliver an authentic brand experience, ensure engagement with customers, and uphold visual merchandising standards. You will provide direct feedback and guidance to associates, lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, and help cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Vans’ values and commitments to diverse communities. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred but not required

- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solution oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with coaching and supervision of store team or associates
- Demonstrated ability to model selling behaviors and create consumer-centric experiences
