Vans: Assistant Manager - Jersey Gardens

Lead, develop, and motivate a store team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with the Vans brand; assist the Store Manager in driving profitability through effective customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection; supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation; assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; train and coach team members; ensure compliance with company policies and standards; collaborate with the Store Manager to manage expenses, shrink, and inventory; maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and support the store’s sales and productivity goals.
