Job Summary
Build and deploy AI solutions that drive Telia's real-world adoption, moving prototypes to production while validating approaches and integrating them into team services. Design and refine developer tools such as code assistants and agent workflows, resolve issues, and maintain agreed standards. Contribute to guidelines and documentation to enable reuse across teams, evaluate third-party offerings, and provide feedback shaping standards. Work independently to prioritize tasks and deliver results without constant direction, leveraging strong Java (Spring) expertise, microservices architecture knowledge, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Demonstrate proficiency in LLMs and agents, supported by fluency in Estonian and English for technical communication.
Required Qualifications
- Tugev tarkvaraarenduse taust ja kogemus lahenduste viimisel prototüübist päriskasutusse
- Väga head Java (Spring) teadmised ning kogemus API-de ja integratsioonidega
- Tugev tehniline nägemus süsteemi- ja platvormiarhitektuurist ning mikroteenustest
- Kogemus Dockeri ja Kubernetesega ning arendustöö automatiseerimise ja tooling'uga (CI/CD)
- Mõistad, kuidas LLM-id ja agendid töötavad, ning oskad neid lahendustesse lõimida
- Eesti ja inglise keele oskus tööalaseks suhtluseks
