Job Summary
Coordinate services between clients and caregivers, oversee scheduling and staffing, supervise caregivers, conduct client assessments and meet-and-greets, maintain documentation, and foster professional relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Act as the face of Visiting Angels in the community, promote organizational policies, ensure high standards of client care, perform caregiver evaluations, and participate in community outreach and marketing activities while using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in health care. College degree preferable.
