Job Summary
Van Services Driver role in a healthcare/campus environment focusing on safe, reliable transportation of students, employees, patients, and visitors. Responsibilities include operating passenger vans and non-CDL buses per DOT regulations, following routes and dispatch instructions, completing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining logs and incident reports, communicating with dispatch, assisting passengers, and attending safety trainings. Requires NC driver license and at least 1 year of van/bus operation experience, strong safety mindset, professionalism, punctuality, and basic computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Teams).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating mini van or larger vehicles
- Valid North Carolina driver license
- Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation and traffic laws
- Professional communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
