VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Drive direct sales through efficient van distribution by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets while delivering products across assigned routes. Manage stock levels, conduct daily inventory reconciliations using FIFO, and ensure proper product display and shelf replenishment in customer outlets. Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, address inquiries promptly, and handle cash transactions with accurate reporting. Monitor competitor activities, provide market intelligence on pricing and promotions, and suggest improvements to the management team. Maintain the van in good working condition, adhere to safety and security policies, and submit daily sales reports including volume and feedback.
