Safely operate the hotel shuttle/van following traffic laws and company safety standards while transporting guests to and from designated locations. Assist guests with luggage, provide clear communication, and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and daily inspection logs. Support front-of-house teams with guest needs and represent the hotel with professionalism at all times. This role requires a clean driving record, comfort with larger vehicles, and flexibility to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
