Job Summary
Loads van for deliveries ensuring materials are correct and secure, creates shipping manifests, and performs basic van maintenance while tracking mileage. Receives incoming materials by checking packing slips against merchandise, inspects for defects, and stocks shelves to fill orders using RF guns. Packs and ships materials per customer specifications, hangs and cuts wire reels, and posts purchase orders into the computer system. Communicates with sales regarding unavailable materials and adheres to all safety regulations, including operating powered industrial trucks if required. Must lift 50 lbs. several times daily, pass a physical exam and drug screen, and hold a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day, bend, twist, and climb
- Must be able to successfully pass a physical exam and drug screen
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience
