Job Summary
Collect materials from the site compound and deliver them to operatives, while gathering rubbish from properties for transport to the compound. Plan efficient routes by accounting for roadblocks and traffic, then unload materials at the destination. Perform regular maintenance checks on delivery vans and report any issues to management. This role supports the Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the social housing sector in South West London.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Problem-solving skills, to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Timekeeping and reliability
- Valid CSCS card
