Job Summary
Van Driver/ Transportation CNA responsible for safely transporting residents to scheduled destinations and appointments, coordinating resident transportation needs with Facility Services Administrative Assistant, supporting activities by driving to events and outings, performing non-resident trips (e.g., post office, bank, church) as scheduled, ensuring timely return trips and clear communication with staff and residents, completing vehicle checks and routine maintenance on Rosewood Center vehicles, coordinating scheduling and usage of facility transportation vehicles, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining attendance, complying with HIPAA regulations and all state and federal transportation standards, and upholding Hillise Manor policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license- preferred
- Valid chauffeur license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow verbal directions, write clearly, and read with comprehension
- Must exercise sound judgment and initiative
