Job Summary
Provide transportation via company vehicles to supported persons; maintain van interior and exterior, ensure vehicle is clean and fueled; transport residents to and from destinations safely; follow all local/state driving laws and complete required documentation; support person per Person-Centered Plan and Care plans; report accidents or incidents to supervisor; utilize agency electronic systems for progress notes and incident reporting; participate in meetings and complete mandated trainings (CPR/First Aid, Mandt Systems, medication administration) with current certification; must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and have 3 years of driving experience; lift up to 50 lbs and assist with boarding/alighting from the van; hours and location may change; requires flexible and compliant driver duties.
