Job Summary
Provide safe, reliable transportation of patients to appointments, therapy sessions, and medical procedures in company vans; deliver exceptional customer service, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and communicate with patients and staff; monitor patient well-being and report concerns to the care team; maintain accurate transportation records (schedules, pickup/drop-off times, incidents); requires valid driver's license and clean driving record, ability to lift/push/pull patients, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma.
