Job Summary
Ensure safe and efficient handling, lifting, and movement of furniture, bric-a-brac, and donation bags, transporting, loading, and unloading all goods with due care. Support wider logistical needs of the service while maintaining full compliance with retail standards, legislation, and SVP policies. Operate a clean B License vehicle across local roads in Navan, Dublin, and the Northeast & Midlands Region, utilizing initiative for lone working and multi-drop deliveries. Complete familiarisation with Health & Safety and Manual Handling best practices. Join Vincent's Mullingar furniture Store to aid volunteers in supporting social justice and community care efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Full Clean B License
- At least 1 year Driving experience
- clean driver's license
- Experience of lone working
- ability to use initiative
- Knowledge of the local roads of Navan and Dublin
- Complete familiarisation with current Health & Safety procedures
- Knowledge of best practice in the area of Manual Handling
