Job Summary
Prioritize loads of crockery and kitchenware, hand-wash items not fitting the dishwasher, and load/unload the dishwasher. Place dishes to dry, sort and put away clean items, and perform prep work. Take garbage to the dumpster, bus tables as needed, and wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors. Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine. Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends. Pay range $15/hour. MCR is the third-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States with over 22,000 guestrooms across 37 states.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time, unless otherwise directed by your immediate manager
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice as directed by your supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
