Job Summary
Prioritize loads of crockery and kitchenware, hand-wash items that do not fit in the dishwasher, and load and unload the dishwasher. Place dishes to dry, sort and put away clean dishes and cutlery, and perform prep work. Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area, assist with some bussing of tables, and wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors. Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, adhering to strict clock-in/out and break schedule requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time, unless otherwise directed by your immediate manager
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice as directed by your supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
