Job Summary
Van Driver transports residents safely to and from appointments at area medical facilities and on outings, using wheelchair-accessible transportation. When not driving, the role includes maintenance tasks such as floor cleaning, minor repairs, and landscape projects. Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, CPR certification, be at least 18, able to lift up to 80 pounds, follow maps/GPS, and communicate in English with seniors. Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours and weekend availability as needed; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee programs. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- CPR Certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be physically able to waist lift, push and/or pull maximum of 80 pounds
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat or climb during an 8-hour day
- Must have a good sense of direction and be able to follow a map and/or GPS
- Must have ability to complete minor building repairs
- Must be English literate and able to communicate with the elderly and the public at large
