Job Summary
The Van Driver at IAP LLC is responsible for driving a shuttle van, overseeing individual accounts, processing shipments, and ensuring efficient vehicle movements. Key responsibilities include communicating assignments to drivers, recording daily activities, planning vehicle movements, troubleshooting issues, and promoting safety standards. Candidates must possess a valid US driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent experience, and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential. A commitment to safety, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive various vehicle types are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year continuous work experience with no more than 2 employers
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
- 2+ months experience in Field Department and working knowledge of specific account procedures
- Drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles

- Experience using handheld scanning devices
- Must have demonstrated commitment to safety
- Ability to effectively communicate, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must possess problem-solving abilities and be detail oriented
