Job Summary
Transport employees to and from the hotel, banks, and stores while maintaining the timeliness and proper operation of all company vehicles. Perform daily maintenance tasks including washing, vacuuming, and fueling, while greeting guests, directing traffic, and answering inquiries about local attractions and amenities. Communicate any unsafe areas or maintenance needs immediately and adhere to all safety and emergency procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and one year of customer service experience. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to operate smoothly and professionally under high stress situations
- Thorough knowledge of hotel services, local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- Flexibility to work mornings or nights, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of background check and/or DMV check
