Job Summary
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations. Role includes performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, using navigation tools effectively, adhering to safe driving standards, and maintaining clear English communication. Flexible hours with varying schedules (no CDL required) and paid training are offered, along with medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k, and holiday pay. The position is full-time or part-time, with pay starting around $13.59/hour, and locations across multiple Ohio towns. Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid state driver’s license, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Current valid state-issued driver’s license
- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to communicate and write in English
