Job Summary
Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations; conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle; utilize navigation tools effectively; adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards; communicate in English; on-call position with 5 days on and 2 days off; employment with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid training, and holiday pay; position is full-time or part-time with hourly pay starting at $12.72 and up to $14.13 per hour; no CDL required and no high school diploma or resume required; based in Fort Dodge, IA, serving North America’s rail-related transportation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid state-issued driver’s license
- Minimum age 21
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- No CDL required
- English communication skills
- On-call availability (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Live within 30-minute distance preferred
