Job Summary
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely transport railroad crews to assigned locations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, use navigation tools effectively, and adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards. The role requires English communication, flexible hours, and the ability to work without a CDL. Training is provided, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and holiday pay are offered. Minimum age 21 with a valid state driver’s license and successful drug screen/background check are required. Location: Fond du Lac, WI, USA. Employment is full-time or part-time with in-person (on-site) work arrangements.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
- No high school, GED, or resume required
- Pay rate available as hourly wages starting at $14.56 per hour (range to $16.25)
