Job Summary
Van Driver position with Hallcon. Full- or part-time opportunities available driving railroad crews to assigned locations without a CDL requirement. No high school diploma or resume required. Duties include safely transporting railroad crews, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, using navigation tools, adhering to Hallcon's safety standards, and communicating in English. Flexible hours with varying schedules; must be 21+ with a valid license and pass drug screen and background check. Paid training, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), and holiday pay offered. Locality-based driving within Minnesota locations listed; in-person remote option. Pay starts at $16.08/hour and ranges up to $17.93/hour; hourly pay with full benefits.
