Job Summary
Conduct before-school pickups and afternoon drop-offs as a part-time school van driver, utilizing a split shift with free hours between shifts. Gain additional hours through trips and charters when available. Operate company vehicles safely in Harmony, PA, adhering to strict DOT drug testing protocols and safety standards. No prior van driving experience is required; we provide industry-leading technology and training to support your success. This role offers a $24.00/hour starting wage with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, alongside medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. First Student safely transports over 5 million students daily, prioritizing safety, student comfort, and exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- At least 21 years old
- Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee
- DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 compliance (no Schedule I drugs, including marijuana)
