Job Summary
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and special events while assisting with boarding, exiting, and wheelchair securement. Follow schedules for timely pick-ups and drop-offs, observe residents during transit to report concerns, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle including fuel, fluids, and basic supplies. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, complete incident reports, and communicate daily with nursing and facility teams. Maintain reliable attendance and work flexible hours including weekends. Earn a competitive hourly wage with access to medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License with Class D – Chauffeur Endorsement
- Not more than 2 traffic violations within the last 3 years
- No previous driving while under the influence convictions
- CPR and first aide certification or willingness to accomplish
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Work flexible hours, including weekends
