Job Summary
Van Driver to transport Little City participants door-to-door, operate agency vehicles safely, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain transportation logs, assist participants getting in/out of vehicle, uphold confidentiality, and complete required Little City trainings. Must maintain driving record, meet insurance requirements, and hold PACE certification; CPR/First Aid certification also required.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Minimum one-year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Must meet insurance requirements per Little City policy to be placed on Approved Driver list
- Good driving record to be PACE qualified
- Must pass the PACE certification process to become PACE certified
- Maintain American Heart Association certification in First Aid and CPR
