Valve Technician

Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test industrial valves and related equipment in shop and field environments. Assist with the assembly and disassembly of control valves, safety relief valves, and isolation valves while conducting valve testing, calibration, and performance verification. Read technical procedures and drawings, complete service reports, and support customer outages and maintenance projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Maintain high safety standards and collaborate with experienced technicians to develop skills in this specialized trade. Paid hands-on training and factory training opportunities are provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to use hand tools and basic mechanical equipment
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade through hands-on training
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region as needed
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship

- Military mechanical experience

- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, rotating, or process equipment
