Job Summary
The Valve Supervisor is responsible for overseeing valve maintenance and repair operations, engaging directly with customers to foster relationships and identify opportunities for upselling. Key duties include managing job ownership from enquiry through completion, ensuring high standards of work, performing hands-on technical valve duties, and leading first-line valve technicians. The role requires extensive travel across the UK, a strong technical background in the valve industry, and supervisory experience to drive safety compliance and operational success. Must possess excellent communication skills and a full UK Driving License.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive technical knowledge and expertise within the Valve Industry
- Proven hands-on experience performing valve maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Full UK Driving License
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Awareness of Health and Safety and QA standards
