Job Summary
Assemble, NDT test, package, and ship valves in accordance with strict written procedures. Fill out and maintain material traceability documents for tracking. Assemble, disassemble, repair, and recondition industrial valves per engineering drawings. Perform functional, pneumatic, hydrostatic, and leak testing using precision measuring equipment. Inspect components for wear, damage, and dimensional accuracy. Read blueprints, bills of materials, and technical specifications. Operate hand tools, torque tools, and lifting equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and safety requirements. Shift runs 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
- Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Familiarity with hydrostatic testing equipment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to read measuring equipment and pressure gauges
- Basic computer skills
