Job Summary
Director-level role focused on architecting and activating Micron's enterprise culture transformation, translating Vision/Mission/Values into lived leadership behaviors and measurable outcomes. Leads culture strategy, embeds culture into leadership development, talent systems, and learning strategies; designs and deploys targeted talent solutions across regions and business contexts; leads AI-enabled transformation and change leadership; tailors deployment to hyper-growth sites and new country expansions; champions psychological safety and speak-up culture; defines culture metrics and conducts assessments to drive continuous improvement; serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and global customers, shaping demand and delivering executive communications; operates at the intersection of strategy and execution to shift behaviors and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 12–15+ years in organizational development, culture transformation, learning, or enterprise change
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts through influence
- Experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in global environments
- Demonstrated success supporting high-growth environments and market expansion
- Experience with enterprise change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
- Experience translating strategy into balanced behavior change at scale
- Instructional design and delivery expertise
- Capability to personally deliver high-impact sessions when needed
- AI fluency and practical application of AI tools in learning or organizational design
