Job Summary
Prepare detailed and concise valuation reports covering Red Book valuations, portfolio assessments, Leasehold Reform Act claims, and asset management for established landlord clients. Explain report findings to clients while multitasking across various instructions, utilizing comparable, investment, and residual methods to analyze the central London residential property market. Discuss findings verbally and manage internal networking to introduce service lines, while attending external events and leveraging professional networks to generate new business for the team.
Required Qualifications
- MRICS level
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Preparation of valuations using various bespoke valuation systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Numerate and ability to grasp the essentials of supply and demand in the property environment
- High attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management skills
