Job Summary
Medior Valuer responsible for independently performing commercial real estate valuations within Specialist Markets, focusing on hospitality and leisure properties (hotels, holiday parks, recreation parks). Tasks include portfolio valuations, valuations for acquisition/disposition, rent reviews, financing, (re)development projects, and market research, using specialized models and internal market data. Collaboration with senior colleagues, taking ownership of assignments, and opportunities to develop toward a senior role. Growth path includes increased client contact, relationship management, and mentoring junior valuers and interns. Requirements include 2-5 years in commercial real estate, progressing toward RT certification, affinity with hospitality/operational real estate, strong Excel skills, Dutch driving license B, excellent Dutch and English language skills, and a mix of analytical, client-focused, and results-driven capabilities. Location-based at the Amsterdam offices with a formal emphasis on Dutch and international real estate advisory expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Circa 2-5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen commercieel vastgoed
- Bezig met de opleiding tot Register Taxateur (RT) of ambitie om deze op korte termijn af te ronden
- Affiniteit met hotels, exploitatiegebonden vastgoed en/of financiële informatie is een pré
- Cijfermatig inzicht en geavanceerde kennis van Excel
- Geldig Nederlands rijbewijs B
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en schrift
- Analytisch en klantgericht, resultaatgericht en communicatief sterk
