Value Stream Production Leader (Lean Manufacturing)

Create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement within your value stream by leading kaizen activities, teaching Lean tools, and using structured root-cause analysis to hit production targets. Run the floor by planning and flexing daily schedules, walking the Gemba to keep visual boards current, and ensuring every team member is trained in standard work and safety practices. Coach and develop a cross-trained workforce while reviewing timecards in ADP, managing PTO approvals, and communicating staffing needs to HR. Champion a safety-first culture through rigorous audits and enforce safety standards. Present performance metrics to stakeholders and host plant tours as needed. This role supports national customers in a fast-moving window and door screen manufacturing environment across multiple states.
