Job Summary
Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams from raw material to customer delivery by driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. Develop strategies to achieve key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery, and cost while fostering a culture of problem-solving and associate engagement. Manage and mentor a team of direct reports including production supervisors and engineers, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and supply chain to align activities with business objectives. Oversee budget and resource allocation and implement visual management systems to monitor performance and drive accountability. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing operations with 2+ years in leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles
