Job Summary
Value Stream Manager for MXT (Global Tools) leads end-to-end value streams (Hammer, Cutting, Grinding) with ownership of strategy, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional alignment across MXH, MXC, MXG. Drives external communication, resource planning, budgeting, and people development, while leveraging Bosch Production System and digitalization tools (Voz, MES, Analytics) to optimize operations and maximize business value.
Required Qualifications
- Solid know-how of BPS (Bosch Production System)
- Project management skills
- Digitalization skills sets (Voz, MES, Analytics)
- Product knowledge on Global Tools (Hammer, Cutting, Grinding)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple value streams (MXH, MXC, MXG)
- Budget and resource alignment experience
- Stakeholder management and collaboration across global teams
