Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team to execute the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth. Drive accountability for daily performance reporting and problem-solving of key performance indicators while championing kaizen events for continuous improvement and productivity. Collaborate with Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering leaders to ensure alignment, develop and mentor associates, and participate in budget preparation and long-range capital planning. Own the continuous improvement roadmap to achieve operational objectives, summarize results for executive reviews, and promote safe work habits compliant with OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience directly supporting operations
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management/sense of urgency
- Complex problem-solving ability
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field
- US Person eligibility (required for Controlled Data access)
- Must be able to complete a satisfactory background check
- Must be able to participate in a random drug test pool (for FAA sensitive positions)
