Job Summary
Drive end-to-end value stream performance to align with strategic objectives and customer requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flow, reduce waste, and improve lead times. Monitor key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery, and cost while managing resource allocation and budget adherence. Champion the development and execution of the value stream's future state vision and roadmap. This role supports multiple partner companies in Caledonia seeking long-term fit, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving within West Michigan's manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to interpret data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
