Value Stream Manager (25796)

Manage end-to-end value stream operations by overseeing factory employees and optimizing the flow of materials, information, and activities from concept to customer. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency. Drive key performance indicators related to quality, delivery, scrap reduction, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams across production, engineering, and supply chain. Mentor direct reports and facilitate daily performance reporting using visual management tools to ensure accountability and facility readiness. This role requires a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to compliance requirements.
