Job Summary
Lead value stream operations on the third shift in a hands-on manufacturing setting, supervising 20+ bargaining unit employees and a cross-functional team to execute production schedules and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams, manage tooling and test architectures, provide coaching and career development, and support labor forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs) for touch labor. Maintain strong communication with support engineering, supply chain, and quality to meet project timelines, and perform process improvements within the factory manufacturing system.
