Value Proposition and Demonstration Manager – Onco Solids

Job Summary
Design strategic plans for influencing cohort managers and adapting value propositions to market drivers in oncological solid tumors. Lead barrier management by identifying, classifying, and documenting corrective actions with defined timelines. Update and train internal stakeholders on evolving content needs while co-leading launch readiness strategies for product advocacy. Monitor multidisciplinary PSP KPIs daily, activate rapid action plans for deviations, and engage HMO decision-makers to facilitate implementation. Manage geographical accountability in Colombia and North East Spain for product differentiation.
Required Qualifications
- Business Administrator, Economist, Health Professional or Industrial Engineer
- Must be fluent in English (oral/written)
- Minimum of five years' experience on Oncologic TA in market access, commercial, government affairs, public affairs or public policy in pharmaceutical and/or health care industry and/or trade association and/or government agencies
- Experience with the pharmaceutical industry
- Remarkable understanding of how Health Ecosystems work
- Understanding of how Key Decision Makers and Governments make decisions
- Understanding of what types of input can help shape those decisions
