Job Summary
Value Operations Senior Analyst at Adobe to enable the Customer Value Director and scale strategic account coverage across EMEA. Responsibilities includeValue Governance & Benchmark Management (maintain account-level value realization frameworks, track KPIs, governance cadence, monthly reviews, QBR preparation, KPI alignment to objectives); Reporting & Executive Readiness (standardized value dashboards, QBR/EBR materials, data-driven insights, executive-ready reporting); Cross-Functional Orchestration (coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product; track action plans and interlock dependencies; monitor risks); Data-driven insights (analyze complex data sets and synthesize actionable findings); Systems & Documentation (CRM hygiene, renewal value documentation, standardized reporting templates and playbooks). Required: 3+ years in enterprise SaaS, value consulting, program management, customer success operations, or value governance; experience building governance frameworks, KPI scorecards, and performance tracking; experience with dashboards/reporting tools (D365, customer health tooling); cross-functional influence across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Support; ability to craft executive-ready business narratives grounded in quantified value realization.
