Job Summary
Lead the definition and execution of in-vehicle infotainment and connected cockpit platform value strategies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and cost optimization goals. Champion defining hardware and mechanical platforms in collaboration with system architects, establishing and scaling HW reuse methodologies to maximize cross-platform adoption. Continuously refine existing hardware blocks to achieve sustained cost improvements and guide VM ideation strategy during RFQ and RFX phases to ensure competitive BOM positioning. Monitor ideation performance metrics and lead cross-functional VAVE workshops to deliver sustainable improvements in cost, quality, and time to market. Operate at a strategic level within a cross-functional model with no direct reports, acting as a key interface between engineering, product, procurement, and program teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with technical background
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Value Management or related disciplines such as VAVE, cost engineering (electronic/mechanical systems), or automotive component engineering within the automotive or technology sectors
- Solid understanding of automotive electronics technologies and the end-to-end value chain
- Proven ability to lead technical presentations and facilitate workshops with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and relevant software tools
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

- Automotive Tier1 RFQ experience knowledge on HW, ME, Systems
