Value Engineer

Lead and facilitate cross-functional VM (VAVE) workshops for RFQs and awarded programs to drive structured ideation and actionable outcomes. Own and manage the VM ideation pipeline, ensuring continuous flow, prioritization, and tracking of value ideas from creation to implementation. Analyze system architecture, hardware blocks, and mechanical concepts to identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance and quality. Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical engineering, system architecture, procurement, and program teams to validate feasibility and drive implementation of ideas. Support RFQ/RFX activities by contributing cost-saving ideas and strengthening BOM competitiveness through targeted value engineering inputs. Drive data-driven decision making by maintaining accurate tracking of savings, pipeline maturity, and implementation status across programs. Promote reuse of proven ideas and hardware blocks across projects to accelerate cost optimization and improve time to market. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of VM processes, workshop methodologies, and tools to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
