Job Summary
Diagnose operational improvement opportunities and map Celonis into customer tech stacks to build business cases and pinpoint process enhancements. Engage with project managers and middle management to drive change management initiatives and CoE enablement while executing transformation programs using AI-driven workflows. Support end-to-end value journeys for Fortune 500 and public sector clients, providing actionable feedback to product teams on new use cases. Combine technical execution with consulting and project management to deliver strong ROI through deep deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant working experience with foundational knowledge in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software
- Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.g., SAP)
- AI-fluent operator
- highly proficient at using AI tools to generate technical outputs
- partnering with technical teams for deep solutioning
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Driven by a mandate to live for customer value
- proactively seek out coming up with novel, innovative solution designs for customers
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies
- strong desire to become a value realization expert
- Experience managing project milestones
- delivering clear presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Flawless English Dutch communication skills
- Foundational understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains
- Foundational understanding of the Public Sector domains
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
