Job Summary
Accurately understand user requirements and preferences to enable personalized value delivery through the People Empowerment Platform. Coordinate end-to-end delivery of benefits and information by aligning Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams. Work closely with the Research team to convert consumer insights into actionable user intelligence and leverage new onboarding data for targeted content and recommendations. Drive and monitor service and product listing activities while ensuring timely user outreach. Requires 8-10 years of experience with prior managerial roles in a senior tenured position. Based in a structured office environment near Chakala metro with alternate Saturdays off, supporting a mission to empower a billion citizens via Google Cloud and Gen AI.
